Afghanistan reached the semi-finals

The youth team of Afghanistan made the semi-finals in the Under-19 World Cup being played in New Zealand, creating a history by crushing the hosts very badly. With this result, cricket fans from around the world are shocked to see how such a huge reversal has happened. Afghanistan, after winning the toss, had 309 runs in 6 overs in 50 overs after first batting. And then Afghanistan later wrecked the hosts badly by a gap of 202 runs. Let us know that India will face Bangladesh in the quarter-finals of the tournament on Friday.
New Zealand's home ground was expecting all that on the grounds that Kiwi would easily beat Pakistan in the final four but the New Zealand's first wicket on private totals of two did not allow the hosts to recover. The whole New Zealand team got stacked on 107 runs in 28.1 overs. And he had to face defeat by a huge gap of 202.

Earlier, Afghanistan started a splendid start after pausing the first bat. For him opener Rahmanullah Gurbaz scored 69 and Ibrahim Jadharan contributed 68 runs. Apart from this, number seven batsman Ajitullah Omarajai scored 66 runs. This innings also struck a lot of applause at the New Zealand team's morale. Overall, there are three major reasons behind losing New Zealand's newfound Afghanistan..
The first major reason behind the defeat of New Zealand was a 117-run partnership for the first wicket between Afghanistan Openers, second because the number seven batsman Ajitullah's 66 off only 23 balls and the third biggest reason was that New Zealand batsmen could not afford Afghan spinners. Off spinner Mujib and leg spinner Kaas Ahmed both took four or four wickets.
