Nokia 3310 3G version: A variant of the feature phone, was today launched in Singapore. According to HMD Global, the phone will go on sale in Australia from October 16 via Optus and Vodafone mobile carriers. The 3G connectivity feature gives the phone an edge over other feature phones which only have 2G. HMD Global, which makes the Nokia phones, apparently wants to recapture some of the nostalgia around the Nokia brand with its 330 series, as per Indian Express. The Nokia 3310 3G was announced by HMD Chief Marketing Officer Pekka Rantala. He claimed that the company sold "millions" units of the refreshed version of Nokia 3310 across different markets, as per NDTV.

4. The remaining specifications of the phone is same as its original sibling. The handset comes with a massive standby time of up to a month.
