Mood love

Chintu

Chintu

This is dedicated to my loving neighbor chintu

ALL NEW RULES OF YOUTUBE UPDATED 2019

NEW UPDATE RULES OF YOUTUBE  2019

Hi everyone,

YouTube’s Community Guidelines set the rules of the road for what we don’t allow on YouTube and not only apply to videos but all content, including comments, thumbnails, links, posts, live chat, etc. For example, we do not allow pornography, incitement to violence, harassment, or hate speech in any form on YouTube. We rely on a combination of people and technology to flag inappropriate content and enforce these guidelines (learn more about how that works here). “Enforcement” refers to actions that YouTube takes to uphold our Community Guidelines – for example removing and issuing a strike for a video that violates our policies.
Through community feedback, we’ve identified areas where we can strengthen enforcement and/or clarify our policies to better protect the YouTube community from people who abuse the platform. Based on this, we’re sharing reminders and ramping up enforcement across a few key areas outlined below.

Custom thumbnails
: Reminder – all custom thumbnail images must follow our Community Guidelines. Selecting a thumbnail that egregiously violate policies (e.g., containing pornography or graphic violence) will now result in a Community Guidelines strike, even if the video does not violate our policies. Multiple strikes will result in the loss of your channel’s custom thumbnail privileges and three strikes in 90 days will result in account termination. Read more in this Custom Thumbnail Policy.
External links: Reminder – all external sites you link to from YouTube must follow our Community Guidelines. Adding links to external sites that egregiously violate our policies (eg., pornography, malware, or spam) will now result in a Community Guidelines strike. Receiving three strikes in 90 days will result in account termination. Read more in this External Link Policy FAQ.
Dangerous challenges and pranks: Reminder – content that encourages violence or dangerous activities that may result in serious physical harm, distress or death violates our harmful and dangerous policy, so we’re clarifying what this means for dangerous challenges and pranks. YouTube is home to many beloved viral challenges and pranks, but we need to make sure what’s funny doesn’t cross the line into also being harmful or dangerous. We’ve updated our external guidelines to make it clear that we prohibit challenges presenting a risk of serious danger or death, and pranks that make victims believe they’re in serious physical danger, or cause children to experience severe emotional distress. Read more in this Dangerous Challenges & Pranks FAQ.
We know transparent communication is important, so we’re announcing these changes today alongside a “grace period” to allow time to review the updates and make changes to your content.

In the following two months as we ramp up enforcement, content that violates our Community Guidelines related to custom thumbnails, external links, challenges, and pranks will be removed but the channel will not receive a strike. Content that was posted prior to these enforcement updates may be removed, but will not receive a strike.

TRAI chief's Aadhaar challenge decoded: Why R S Sharma gave out his Aadhaar number

Aadhaar row: After TRAI chief RS Sharma threw open a challenge to hackers by revealing his Aadhaar number, he said that Aadhaar can never cause harm to the holder but only empower him or her. Notably, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) Chairman R S Sharma had tweeted, "My Aadhaar number is 7621 7768 2740. Now I give this challenge to you: Show me one concrete example where you can do any harm to me!"

In an article that appeared on the Indian Express this morning, RS Sharma said that no harm could be caused to anybody by just leaking or sharing the Aadhaar number. "I had said so in an interview recently. In reaction to the article, one Twitter user challenged me to publish my Aadhaar details if I had so much trust in the system. I thought about it and decided I should have the courage to act on my belief. While I am an impulsive person at times, this tweet was not an impulsive one," RS Sharma explained.
Interestingly, the tweet then went viral, with many Twitter users claiming to have found out the Sharma's personal details such as phone number and address. Dismissing all such claims, UIDAI said in a statement, "UIDAI strongly dismissed the claims made by certain elements on Twitter and a section of Media that they have fetched personal details of Shri Ram Sewak Sharma who is a public servant using his Aadhaar number."
In the detailed article with The Indian Express, Sharma sent out important messages to his well-wishers. "Having devoted an important part of my life to contributing to the design and implementation of Aadhaar, I do understand how it works and what can and cannot be done with it." Sharma said that he wanted to prove the larger point that Aadhaar is designed in such a way that it cannot cause harm to the holder, but only "empower" him or her.
My Aadhaar number is 7621 7768 2740
Now I give this challenge to you: Show me one concrete example where you can do any harm to me!
 RS Sharma (@rssharma3) July 28, 2018
TRAI chairman then went on to say that Aadhaar was indeed safe to share in actual use. "Aadhaar provides only authentication services and in doing so, the UIDAI does not know where it is linked to, in a federated data model," he pointed out.
While Sharma had revealed his Aadhaar details, he advised others to refrain from doing it. "I am not suggesting for a moment that any of you could also publicly share your Aadhaar number. Far from it. Replicating the same challenge doesn't prove anything more," he said.
While a few hackers may have claimed to have fished out his personal details using the Aadhaar number, Sharma dismissed such claims saying that such information could have easily been found doing a determined Google search. "Finally, to the so-called hackers who actually challenged me, rather than the other way around: You have found information about me that other users could have obtained by a determined Google search without the benefit of knowing the Aadhaar number," he said.
RS Sharma also revealed that a few hackers tried to hack his email accounts (unsuccessfully) and to make him subscribe to a large number of services. "Many of these services take reasonable precautions and have sent me innumerable OTPs in their attempt to authenticate my ID. That's been a waste on their part and a waste of my time," he said.

A day after protests, Dalit slums targeted in Rajasthan’s Hindaun; curfew imposed, 35 arrested

Non-Dalit groups targeted Dalit slums on Tuesday in apparent retaliation a day after Dalit protesters went on a rampage in Hindaun town of Karauli district in eastern Rajasthan during the Bharat bandh in remonstration against an alleged dilution of the SC/ST act.
Later, they spread out into the town and ransacked the houses of local Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Rajkumari and former Congress MLA Bharosi Lal Jatav. The agitators set their houses on fire, forcing the administration to impose curfew on Tuesday afternoon, Karauli district collector Abhimanyu Kumar said. Both houses were empty when they were set ablaze.
Despite prohibitory orders, a large number of people under the banner of traders’ union, took out a march ostensibly to submit a memorandum to district administration to demand action against people who vandalized shops on Monday. However, the march got unruly and began to force its way into Dalit slums in the town, compelling the police to crack down.
“Police resorted to a lathi charge to prevent them from attacking Dalits. Tear gas shells were also lobbed,” said Karauli additional superintendent of police Rajesh Yadav.
“The march was a violation of prohibitory orders under section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code clamped on Monday evening,” said Bharatpur inspector general of police Alok Vashishtha, who rushed to Hindaun with additional force.

Vashishtha, who was camping in Gangapur City of Sawai Madhopur since Monday night after curfew was imposed there until 8 am Tuesday, said that around noon, the agitators ransacked the house of former Congress MLA Bharosi Lal Jatav and later set it on fire. Later, the agitators also vandalized the house of local BJP MLA Rajkumari Jatav.
“The agitators pelted stones at the police and we had to lob tear gas shells to control them. They burnt tyres in different parts of the town and tried to disturb the situation that had come under control after Monday’s violence,” the IG added.
Police said 35 people were arrested on Tuesday on the charges of rioting and breach of peace. Earlier on Monday, 46 people were arrested in Hindaun on the same charges.
Bharatpur divisional commissioner Subir Kumar extended the ban on internet services until 8 pm on Tuesday in Bharatpur, Sawai Madhopur and Karauli districts. Internet services were initially suspended from 2 pm to 8 pm on Monday.
The Bharatpur divisional commissioner and IG, and Karauli district collector and superintendent of police are camping in Hindaun to monitor the situation. The DM and SP will review the situation on Wednesday morning to take a decision on lifting or continuing the curfew.

India win U-19 World Cup 2018

The India U-19 side, led by Prithvi Shaw, created history on Saturday when they defeated Australia U-19 by 8 wickets to clinch the ICC U-19 World Cup trophy. With the victory, India became the only country to win the trophy four times. The star of the show remained Manjot Kalra, who knocked a century to take India to an easy victory. Kalra became the second player in history to score a ton in ICC U-19 World Cup final, after India’s own Unmukt Chand. India were the only side to remain unbeaten in the tournament.

Indian skipper Prithvi Shaw and Manjot Kalra got off to a strong start, completing yet another 50-run partnership. Shaw was dismissed by Jack Edwards for 29, as Australia tasted their first success with the ball. Kalra stitched another 50-run stand with Shubman Gill as the left-handed batsman completed his first half-century in the tournament. Shubman Gill, who has scored three fifties and a century, failed to score one in the final after his stumps were knocked down by Param Uppal for 31. Manjot Kalra and Harvik Desai took control of the situation and steered India towards victory.
With the pitch looking like a solid surface to bat on, Australian skipper Jason Sangha elected to bat first after winning the toss at Bay Oval stadium in Mount Maunganui. Coming out to open, Jack Edwards and Max Bryant gave a strong start to their side and added 32 runs before Ishan Porel took his first wicket. He dismissed Bryant for 14, with Abhishek Sharma taking a tremendous catch. The Bengal pacer quickly struck another soon after, dismissing the dangerous Jack Edwards for 28 as Australia lost both their openers.
Kamlesh Nagarkoti dismissed Australian skipper Jason Sangha soon after, with wicketkeeper Harvik Desai taking a decent catch. Param Uppal and Jonathan Merlo built a good 75-run partnership but Anukul Roy, who is the leading wicket-taker for India U-19, broke the partnership dismissing Uppal for 34. Merlo went on to score his fifty but he was not supported by any other batsman on the other end. Shiva Singh took two wickets of Nathan McSweeney and Will Sutherland in quick succession late in the innings, while pacers Shivam Mavi and Kamlesh Nagarkoti took care of the tailenders.

Mumbai boy Tanishq Gavate hammers 1045 runs in school

If it was an official match, Tanishq Gavate’s knock of 1,045 runs would have been a world record in school cricket.
Unfortunately for the 13-year-old, his mammoth innings came in the Under-14 Navi Mumbai Shield invitational cricket tournament for school teams at Kopar Kahirane, Navi Mumbai, on Tuesday.
Tanishq’s knock brought back memories of the one played by Parav Dhanawade couple of years ago when he scored 1,009 runs in the Bhandari Cup inter-school tournament. Pranav’s knock was a new world record in school cricket and it bettered the previous record of 628 set by Arthur Collins in 1899.
Tanishq represented Yashwantrao Chavan XI in the tournament, a team made up of the players from the academy run by his coach.

His knock in the semifinals came against the school he studies in — Yashwantrao Chavan English Medium School, Koparkhairane. His big innings came off 515 balls and was laced with 149 boundaries and 67 sixes.
Tanishq recently started to open the innings and has made an instant impact. “Previously he used to bat at one or two down but he requested me to allow him to open the innings. After testing him in the nets with the new ball and in few practice matches, I was confident that he can do well,” said his coach Manish, who also runs a coaching clinic in the school premises.
According to his coach, the match was played on a decent-size ground.
Tanishq was happy that he stayed at the crease for such a long time and hopes that Tuesday’s innings gives a boost to his career. “I like to open as it gives me time to play long innings and I managed to do so on Tuesday. Hopefully, I can continue in same way from here on,” said the eighth standard student, who had also scored unbeaten 316 in an earlier match.

Afghanistan reached the semi-finals

The youth team of Afghanistan made the semi-finals in the Under-19 World Cup being played in New Zealand, creating a history by crushing the hosts very badly. With this result, cricket fans from around the world are shocked to see how such a huge reversal has happened. Afghanistan, after winning the toss, had 309 runs in 6 overs in 50 overs after first batting. And then Afghanistan later wrecked the hosts badly by a gap of 202 runs. Let us know that India will face Bangladesh in the quarter-finals of the tournament on Friday.
New Zealand's home ground was expecting all that on the grounds that Kiwi would easily beat Pakistan in the final four but the New Zealand's first wicket on private totals of two did not allow the hosts to recover. The whole New Zealand team got stacked on 107 runs in 28.1 overs. And he had to face defeat by a huge gap of 202.

Earlier, Afghanistan started a splendid start after pausing the first bat. For him opener Rahmanullah Gurbaz scored 69 and Ibrahim Jadharan contributed 68 runs. Apart from this, number seven batsman Ajitullah Omarajai scored 66 runs. This innings also struck a lot of applause at the New Zealand team's morale. Overall, there are three major reasons behind losing New Zealand's newfound Afghanistan..
The first major reason behind the defeat of New Zealand was a 117-run partnership for the first wicket between Afghanistan Openers, second because the number seven batsman Ajitullah's 66 off only 23 balls and the third biggest reason was that New Zealand batsmen could not afford Afghan spinners. Off spinner Mujib and leg spinner Kaas Ahmed both took four or four wickets.
